Wednesday Social Gathering
The Liederkranz is now open on most Wednesdays for social gathering and occasional special events. The hours are 6:30 pm to
10:30 pm. The bar will be open and New York Pizza (pizza joint across the parking lot) will deliver a fabulous pie!

Father's Day Brunch
Start day right by honoring your dad with a Father's Day Brunch at
the Liederkranz on Sunday, June 20th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. We have a great brunch menu planned so don't miss it!
Pre-paid reservations are required - deadline is June 11th. Make checks out to Dayton Liederkranz and send to Constance Ordeman,

Germanfest Picnic 2010
2010 will mark the 27th Anniversary of our club’s major community event. We plan on extra effort this year to make it as successful as

GermanFest Picnic 5k Race/Walk
The 10th Annual 5k Race/Walk is Friday, August 13th. Registration is now available online! Please visit the

Calling All Volunteers!!
Interested in voluteering a shift or two at the GermanFest Picnic? Email the webmaster and let us know!
Picnic set up will begin at the Liederkranz on Thursday, August 12th. Help is also needed to set up at Carrillon Park on
August 13th. Please consider helping with teardown after the picnic on Sunday afternoon. The more volunteers we have
the faster clean up will go! Thanks in advance to all those who volunteer!
German Genealogy Group
The GGG group will be taking a break during the summer months. Our next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, August 28th
